As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form published on the website www.reptur.ru, or by sending a written application containing your name, surname, and if the application is in written form, your signature, your Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or ID number if available for foreigners, your address for notification or workplace address, electronic mail address for notification if any, telephone and fax number, subject of the request, using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to Reptur and registered in Reptur’s system to the address OTTO Business Center, Barbaros, Mimar Sinan St. No:165, Floor 5, Office 36, 34746 Ataşehir / Istanbul, Turkey or the contact address [email protected]. Depending on the nature of the request, Reptur will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days from the notification. However, if the process requires an additional cost, Reptur will charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Within this scope, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data are processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notification of third parties to whom the data are transferred, request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist and notification of third parties, object to the occurrence of results against themselves by analysis of processed data exclusively by automatic systems, and demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.
